Our Company
- Our company was founded by Mr. Cliver Ripani and it began to produce cookies in the spring of 1972, and it has been growing at a constant pace since then.
- At the end of the 80’s CARI S.R.L. started producing puff pastries, being one of the few companies (pioneers) in this sort of product in Argentina. Currently, the company produces a wide range of cookies/biscuits such as unsalted/salted crackers, bran crackers, crackers with oleic acid free of trans fatty acids (suitable for vegans), puff pastries, among others; which are commercialized through our brand Galletitas RC in Argentina and other Latin-American countries. Besides our own brand, we produce for other important companies in Argentina which demand high quality products.
- With regards to quality management, CARI has been certified in ISO 9001:2015 since 2007, which shows our idea of continual improvement (more efficiency, greater consumer satisfaction, among other perks).
- Every year CARI makes improvements in terms of production technologies, and production, maintenance, and quality management, this allows us to offer better products and meet higher customer satisfaction.
- As a family business we aim to be present with our high quality and delicious products in each family breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

“Galletitas RC” was selected as a traditional Argentinian product in the presidents meeting G20, held in Argentina in 2018.
Our company was selected along with other 27 Food Companies to exhibit their products during the greatest meeting of world leaders. The selection was made upon our well known puff pastries with original taste and artisanal appearance.
